Submissions are invited from interested parties to submit a proposal for the documentation and analysis of the history, drivers and key inflection points of the South Pacific Group and its predecessors.

Annex II: Terms of Reference, containing a description of FFA’s requirements for which these services are being sought. 

Annex III: FFA Standard Conditions of Contract.
