Interested Parties are invited to submit a proposal in response to the attached request for proposals to provide a consolidated OFMP III approach to the application of appropriate Global Environment Facility (GEF) and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Social and Environmental Standards for the delivery of the FFA Oceanic Fisheries Management Project III which is formally titled, `Mainstreaming climate change and ecosystem-based approaches into the sustainable management of the living marine resources of the WCPFC’. To enable you to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) for this work, please find enclosed:

Annex I: Instructions to bidders;

Annex II: Terms of Reference, containing a description of FFA’s requirements for which these services are being sought; and

Annex III: FFA Standard Conditions of Contract
