HR Assistant

The Human Resources (HR) Assistant role is a newly established position within FFA with the primary purpose of providing efficient and effective support for staff and organisational activities with a focus on handling insurance and medical claims for staff and their dependents.The HR Assistant role is a Position Advertised Locally (PAL) and a 4 year contract is offered to the successful candidate.

Key Result Areas for the role include but not limited to the following-:

 - Effective and efficient administration of Insurance Policies,

 - Effective HR and administrative support,

 - Database Management, and

 - Reporting

About You

To be eligible for consideration, you must possess a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Accounting, Management or Business or equivalent with relevant experience. Detailed requirements are provided in the Selection Criteria section of the HR1 Application Form. 

Benefits 

Excellent remuneration package with a minimum base salary of SBD$79,697.00 per annum, and an annual housing allowance of SBD$72,000.00 paid on a monthly basis at SBD$6,000.00 per month. Other benefits include reasonable medical care for the successful candidates and dependents.
