Expressions of Interest are sought from suitable companies in Honiara interested in providing pest control and treatment to the offices and Regional Conference Centre of the Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA) at the FFA Headquarter and 16 staff houses around Honiara, specifically, the request is for termites, general pests and mosquito control at the FFA Headquarters and the 16 staff houses.

Interested companies must be registered and licensed pest control company, expert knowledge of termite identification and biology, understanding of the local ordinances regarding pest control, knowledge of the various treatment methods and resources to customise a treatment plan for the Agency and confidence in a guarantee of service from a stable company with a reputation for providing effective termite prevention treatment and control.

Expressions of interest must include the following:

(1) Full details of the company's profile.

(2) Latest two years of audited financial statements.

(3) Propose service fee(s) showing a breakdown of costs.

(4) Evidence of relevant qualifications of assigned personnel.

(5) Propose methodology and a customise 12 month treatment plan.

(6) Demonstrate knowledge of and prior experience in termite control and treatment.
