Payroll Service Officer

The Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency invites applications from interested and suitably qualified candidates for the position of Payroll Service Officer (PSO). The primary purpose for the Payroll Service Officer is to provide efficient and effective payroll services for staff and ensure that compehensive payroll data is of high quality and staff salaries are paid in acccordance with the Staff Regulations and where appropriate adhere to legislative requirements under the Solomon Islands Labour laws.

The Key Result Areas of the role include but not limited to the following:

- Efficient and effective administration and processing of the payroll and payroll related benefits and entitlements;

- Database Management

- Payroll Services Advice and 

- Planning and Reporting

To be eligible for consideration, you must possess a minimum qualification of a Tertiary Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field. Benefits

Excellent remuneration package of a minimum salary of SBD$79,679.00 per annum, housing allowance of SBD$72,000.00 per annum at SBD$6,000.00 paid on a monthly basis plus a host of other benefits and entitlements.For more detailed information on the position (key result areas and remuneration) please refer to the Information Package provided in the attachment.
