The Forum Fisheries Agency invites applications for the position of Observer Placement Officer.  Advertised locally and open to residents of Solomon Islands only, this position exists to: (1) provide logistical support, including ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in observer deployment to undertake duties on US Treaty Purse Seiners for the FFA Observer Programme; and (2) support the Unit's development consistent with FFA's Observer and Regional MCS strategies and to contribute to its Member Countries.
