FFA has an exciting full -time opprotunity for a Project Adminisrtration Officer to join our team in Honiara, Solomon Islands.
Reporting to the Director-Corporate Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for the financial and administrative arrangements for the NZ MFAT Activity Projects, and assisting with required FFA reporting on New Zealand Programs. This will include monitoring and evaluation rerquirements. In addition, you will assist in the development of processes to formalise and improve the overall management and evaluation of donor programs.
Some of the Key Result Areas for this role include the following-:
- Provision of Administrative Support
- Project Management; and
- Monitoring and Evaluation of programs
To be considered for this role you will possess relevant tertiary qualifications (minimum of diploma level) in finance and administration, project management, business management or other relevant field. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated experience in project management, policy development, basic financial management and report writing, and/or business adfminsitration, preferably in the fisheries or related development sector.
