The Forum Fisheries Agency invites applications for the position of Vessel Monitoring Systems Officer(VMSO). Responsible to the Manager, Vessel Monitoring System(MVMS), this job exists to:- (1) Provide support to the FFA Vessel Monitoring System, FFA Vessel Register, Regional Fisheries Surveillance Centre and the achievement of the Fisheries Operations objectives; (2) contribute to the improvement of and operations of the Vessel Monitoring Systems; and (3) Act as the Surveillance Operations Assistant in the absence of the permanent incumbent.
