Constitutes carrying out a program of activities for sustainable management of coastal fisheries. Through PROP funding, FFA is working with the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) to provide technical support to participating countries for the sustainable management of coastal fisheries, in particular Beche-de-mer.
Focuses on strengthening the capacity of national and regional institutions to sustainably manage Pacific Islands oceanic fisheries. FFA is currently implementing activities under this component through provision of technical support and a suite of capacity building activities for its members.
