Briefing on the New US IUU Rule

The new US IUU Rule will come into effect in January 2018, despite being subject to legal action, with implications for any company in a member country exporting tuna to the US market. While the responsibility for reporting the data will rest with the US Importer, there are new data provision requirements that exporters will need to be aware of.

Refer to the attachment for more information.
